Did u receive it as attached pdf or via postal mail. I received my MR as attached file. My question is. Can i print out the atached file or will they send it via postal mail?

Med request & file transferred to pilot Ottawa: April 2012
Med done: April 2012

I’ve never been able to check my E-Cas! I tried Client number and application number; nothing seems to work from the beginning. Anyone has the same problem ? (Although my case is processing)
