I'm a skilled worker who don't have any idea on this issue of traveling to Canada,(I mean the processes involve ) I'm an hairstylist,300level student of obefemi Awolowo university ile-ife, Nigeria.

You seem to have good chances to apply for PR. But the information you've provided isn't sufficient to determine your eligibility.

First check if your eligible to apply for PR by answering this simple questionnaire - also refrerred to as 'come to Canada tool' it will calculate your points from education, work experience etc and let u know instantly if your profile is fit to go further .

If you stand eligible -
Second step - you need to take the language test - ielts - inquire about it in your country to see on how you can apply for it. Higher the ielts marks , better your crs scores, better chance of getting an invitation to Canada.
Third step - simultaneously you would need your education qualifications approved and evaluated to determine how much points they are worth in Canadian educational levels. For that visit the Wes Canada website.
