I need someone to catch me from Buffalo airport

Dear all,
I am outside Canada and my PR is expired. I am asked for PR renewal interview with official letter.
I'll come Via Buffalo borders but i don't know how can I pass?
I am looking for a Canadian person to catch me from Buffalo airport to Toronto airport and i will pay for him?

if I didn't find someone to help me can I rent a car or take a taxi and the immigration/border officer will accept me to get in or not?

Please reply me ASAP and if someone is ready to catch me from buffalo airport, contact me via private message.

If you reach Niagara falls US side, from Buffalo airport by taxi or local bus, just walk through the bridge to the Canada border office . You will be stopped by an Officer of the Canadian Boarder Service Agency (CBSA) and will ask your documents for entering Canada. Once you are finished the formalities, go by taxi to the NIAGARA FALLS BUS TERMINAL,4555 ERIE AVE, Niagara Falls, from where you can get a bus to Toronto.
