I need some help- different currency

Hello everybody,


I would like to ask some advice regarding currency issues. I do have 2 bank accounts with different currency, the first one is in RIYALS and the other one is in PESO, is it okay If i will submit 2 bank statements(not in Canadian currency) to MPNP.

For example I do have 34,000 Riyals = 9000 CAD and 45,000 Pesos= 1000 CAD. Can somebody give me some advice if it is okay.

Based on my limited experience, it is okay to submit local currency based bank statements. When I applied for my study permit I submitted bank statements with local currencies and there were not any issues. If you want a piece of mind, you can add a little note stating the equivalency in Canadian dollars

Hi Mr. Ronaldo,

Thank you so much for sharing your experience and answer with me. By the way is it okay If I will just submit a bank statements, I asked the Bank if they can also provide me the certificate but they told me that they don't provide it.


Any idea regarding this matter.
