I have closed work permit with LMIA. it is expire on 12th of October.
Now I quit job and got married with my husband and apply open work permit & family sponsorship.
I search this web site I can stay till expired date with my old work permit but I am not allow to work until get OWP.
I am just wondering If I go to USA and come back to Canada , Is it any problem?
true thing is I am not under the employee any more .
It does matter going in/out Canada?
or
I have receipt that I paid open work permit ( $255) so my condition like implied status? that is why I can go anywhere?
please advise me.
oh one more thing is.. if I drive car from USA to Vancouver, Can I get immigrate stamp on my passport like airport?
