I have an open work permit and now I received my positive LMIA (I am in CEC class)
Please help me how to update my EE profile ,
I am not sure about the answers to some questions
1. Does Maddy have a valid work permit for the current job in Canada? Yes (because mine is an open work permit)
1. Is Maddy's job offer from the employer named on the current work permit? No (because mine is an open work permit)
2. Has Maddy been working full-time for the employer on their current work permit for at least one year? NO (I am working for my current employer for 10 months but I have another 6 months with another imployer)
3. NOC code of current work permit ? 12200 (But there is no noc in my work permit as it is open)
4. Was a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) issued for the current work permit? No (but I am not sure what is the right answer)
