I Got LMIA approved and I am still attending ielts exam to boost up the express entry points. If I fail to get points in 6 months, does lmia expires?

Hello folks,

Here is my scenario-
Current Status - Work Permit
Expiry date- December 2020
LMIA approved date- 28th March 2020, expires in 6 months
Express entry point --455
I am trying hard in ielts exam so that the EE points can reach cutoff.
If LMIA expires in September 2020 and i reach cutoff in November, will i be able to still claim points for LMIA ( 50 points) ?

Hey Buddy!
Canada has extended the LMIA expiry form 6 months to 9 months now. But if your LMIA gets expired, you won't be able to get point and you have to go through LMIA process again.
