I got 6.5 band over all Ielts score but in writing 5.5 band

I want to apply for PGDIPLOMA COURSE IN CANADA
I got 6.5 band in Ielts but in writing i got 5.5 band
Listening 7.0
Reading 6.5
Speaking 6.5
Writing. 5.5

Is there any problem in getting Visa for Study permit ???
