Husband on OWP - Can he still get extended health coverage?

Hi guys!

This may be a stupid question, but I just wanted to make sure as I can't find the answer..

My husband is on OWP, and I have him on coverage under my employer's extended health benefits. And he will be on full time job soon, therefore, he would be receiving benefits as well.

Is this okay?
