I was just wondering if Canadian employer offer jobs to offshore candidates. I have been looking jobs for years but no luck!

Anybody suggest me the names of the companies who may offer jobs for suitable candidates. My focus is project management, business development, international trade and development.

Applying from abroad... seems to be a waste of time. I haven't tried yet but I guess there's nothing to lose in trying.
