How to send online docs to LVO?

I am awaiting UK Police Check ( Requested alongside new photo's as had expired) and will mail to LVO hopefully in next few days.
Is it possible, and how to also email scans and request of these docs as back ups to LVO?

Should I also use recorded delivery to mail, and is there a section of LVO I should use to address them to?

My original application was by post so I don't think there is a way I know of in GCKey to send online email and files.
Would be grateful for some guidance.

Upload in myCIC as a backup (although follow the instructions in the letter to get them the physical copies)
