How to send Money order or bankdraft

Hi, I'm sending money order or bankdraft in Sydney, NS. Do I need to send it as one bankdraft OR issue a bankdraft each person?
for example 550 applicant, 550 spouse dependent and 150 child dependent OR C$1,250 as one draft. Which is right? I'm just worried they might return it. Thank you.

one bankdraft only,just put the payment details on a separate paper so the VO will know what payment is for.
