I have just started with the ECA process with WES. I need help in understanding the procedure to send the documents to WES Canada.
As per the new rules (since December 1, 2018) for Indian candidates, the transcripts need to be mailed by the University itself. However, I am not sure how to send the photocopy of the final degree certificates.? Are we supposed to mail it to WES Canada or it has to be sent by the University as well ?
Since I am PhD, I am not sure about how to send the "Confirmation of Doctoral Degree" document as well. Is that supposed to be mailed by the University or me..?
