hello i'am applicant of lcp program,, i received my mail last nov 13, 2014 from the visa immigration saying that my application for work permit was refuse stating despite your completion of a training course related to your prospective employment, you were un able to demonstrate that you have sufficient knowledge and skills to adequately provide care without provision. what this means? i fail the speaktest? how can i re apply? can i use my previous lmo it expires next year jan 31, 2014.. what documents will i submit? thanks.
