How to Get A Kuwait Police Clearance Certificate in Manila?

Hello Everyone,

Anyone here in the forum know how to get a Kuwait Police Clearance Certificate in Manila? I'm planning to sponsor my wife who worked before in Kuwait and may need to get one when CIC will ask about it. I can't seem to find someone posted his/her experience in getting that pcc.

Only took me two seconds to find this . . .

If you live outside of Kuwait:
You can:
1.Return to Kuwait and apply in person OR ask a representative (a friend, relative or colleague) in Kuwait, with a power of attorney, to apply on your behalf (see Special notes and considerations for complete address).
2.Apply at your nearest Kuwaiti Embassy or consulate.

You or your representative must bring:
•The letter from the Embassy of Canada requesting the Good Conduct Certificate
•A copy of the passport you used in Kuwait
•A copy of your old or expired resident visa in Kuwait
•Two photographs (4 × 6 cm)
•Applicable fees

I'm not sure about the specific countries but I'm in the same boat as you. They request 2 updated police checks for my husband from Syria and Iraq. When we went to the Syrian embassy she said they can't do anything and either my husband or someone he knows must do it for him. Same with Iraq. In Syria it was easy because his mother and father live there so his dad was able to get it. Itaq was a bit harder, my husband had to send him a power of attorney and consent form (with the help of the consular at the Iraqi embass) then had to send it to his cousin to comeplete the process.

I'm not sure if this gives you an insight but I'm guessing most of the time it has to be done within the country of origin. Hopefully someone in the forum with more experience with Kuwait can give you a better answer.
