How to find status of student visa application (Pakistan)

Hi everyone,

Can anyone please gives suggestions about how do I get my application status from Canadian Embassy. Should I call them or write an email? If I have to write an email to get the status update, can anyone please share the email address of Canadian Embassy Help Centre?

Also, is it better to get the status update or should I leave it and wait till they contact me?

You can contact the CHC on this e-mail address: isbad@international.gc.ca

But don't bother man. They usually reply with a auto-generated message that says your application is still under processing.

My suggestion is just wait for them to contact you. By the way, how much time has passed since you filed your visa application?

Its been 3 weeks now... and i am getting worried now..

Meh... Typical CHC. I got my medical call in 25 days and my visa in a total of 3 months. So do not worry about the timings mate.

You will get a call soon INSHAALLAH.

When did u apply for visa ,which date?
are you a university or college applicant and for which course you applied?

in first week of this month.
applied in university for Masters in Computer Science

yaar date kya thee? mai isliye pooch raha hoo qk mai ne 4th march ko apply kia tha aor mere ek dost ne 6th march ko laiken uska refuse hogaya hai.
Im still waiting. I sent them 2 emails but no reply :'(

meri file process 6th ko start hogaye thee.... but us k baad se ho hi rahi hai....

a friend of mine told me that embassy inform within 1-2 weeks if they want to reject the case... so maybe chances are high of approval in our case..

Processing days exclude weekends because embassy is closed on these days.
