I did my medical on July 29, 2010 and until my doctor hasn't sent the report yet. He just works part-time for that clinic and it is very difficult to meet him. I called him many times but could not connect to him. I needed to go to his office two times to meet him and he told me that he will send it next week.
I feel very upset with him now and want to complain him with CIC. That guy shouldn't be a doctor. He gets me a lot of money but uses his time for other purposes. my question is:
"What is the process to complain him"? If you have any experience, please share.
