As long as we submit everything what it say in the document checklist they wont return our application right... ? Is there any tips from previous applicants to make sure we don't miss anything so that the application doesn't get returned?

Like mistakes you previously did : Missing date and signature etc....

read the forum and you'll find your answer. This question is asked every 3 days or so.

Just read the guide and follow the instructions.
Some of the reasons applications are returned:
1- Applicants don't read the guide
2-aplicants read the guide and don't follow the instructions
3- applicants think it's not a big deal if something is missing or an answer to a question is not given
4 applicants prepare the application 24 hrs before submitting like they're writing a letter to a friend
o my advice is take your time start the process about 2 months before applying get the form ready and every once and a while read the guide again and review the form you will have enough time to find out " oh this should be like this.....this question require more details...."
Also is Sinpguy said read the forum, use the search option and search for "application tips" "mistakes" "advice"....
