As the title says. I'm currently in Montreal so I need to join to the closest school in order to study French.
I went today and ask for information, I showed to the director my Brown paper and my Open work permit to prove that I'm following properly my refugee process, but there's a document that hasn't been issued (I might think it's the immigration consultant's fault) and it's the CSQ so I can get the student fee benefits (Half of the monthly public transport fee)
I tried to find a good tutorial on how to apply but I didn't find any accurate video nor website.
I will appreciate any help.
