thank you lai1279 and rosellyalung.. itanong ko lang din, kasi bale nagrenew kmi ng contract ng amo ko, pro prang verbal na lng at ala na kming new contract na pinirmahan pa, pro sabi nya kung kailangan daw nmn ay gagawa kmi. so bale ba kahit na ang ipasa ko na lang na contract ay yung previous nming contract na inaprubahan ng HRSDSC noong bago ako dumating dito? hndi na ba kakailanganin ang bagong kontrata?

Kailangan mo po ng bagong contract....to show the immigration that u r still with them...for your peace of mind para di kna i- ask pa...give them all that they asked...

thnks!how many police clearance/certificate do i have to submit? I have renewed my NBI clearnce from the philppines and shall obtain hk police clearance cause i worked there too. Do i have to get police clearance too, here in Manitoba? many thanks!

You need to get a police clearance certificate from anywhere you stayed for 6 months

I did not get police clearance because they said nbi is enough when I called them..but it stil up to you...

may gusto lang ako malaman. di ba kaniyo, kailangan ng police clearance sa mga pinagstayan niu for more than 6months? paano un eh di ba nun nagapply kayo sa canada, ipinasa niu na ang police clearance niu. kailangan ba original ulit pag magapply na sa PR? paano yun kun photocopy na lang ang mayroon na naiwang kopya?

police clearance from other countries na pinagtrabahuan mo. aside kasi sa philippines, nagabroad na din ako for 2years. nakakuha naman ako bago ako umalis. kaya lang naipasa ko na sa embassy nung nagapply ako sa LCP. at hindi naman nila isinama sa ibinalik nila nung naapprove ang application ko. thanks

I didn't get police clearance here in ontario and philippines,I just sent my nbi renewed by my husband in the philippines using my personal copy,recently I advised ny cousin same thing but she was confuse so she called cic and told her that nbi is enough because they will conduct investigation themselves here in canada..call cic...that's the best thing to do..

Last March 2010 i went home to the Philippines for a 1-month vacation so i decided to renew my NBI on that month while i'm still in Mla.
Now I got my nomination certificate and ready to submit my PR to Canada Embassy Manila.

Question: Can I still submit my March 2010 NBI Certificate Original ? Since it was stated that NBI Certificate is issued for travel abroad (color green) and VALID FOR ONE YEAR FROM DATE OF ISSUE. which is March 15, 2011.

Also in the VISA OFFICE SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS for Application for Permanent Residence CHECKLIST:
Just mentioned: on number 12 POLICE CERTIFICATES CLEARANCE:
they did not mentioned that NBI must be good ONLY within the LAST 3MONTHS.....

Please share your ideas and experiences regarding my querstion. Thank you so much.
