How to apply for PR Card and Health Card

Hi
I just landed in Canada on 8th of Jan 2016 and got my SIN no ( not sin card)at the airport only .
1.Please guide me about how to apply for PR card or the officials will send it to me on their own .
2. how to apply for Health card
3. Please guide me about the various government schemes if any for new immigrants for skill development which ultimately helps in getting a job .
Like any diploma course in (Automotive Mechanic /crane operator / medical equipment mechanic / Electrician /plumber / Construction supervisor /data entry operator /Engineering Manager / COMPUTER HARDWARE Engineer / Transportation Manager / or any certification course offered at no coast or at subsidized rates .
I am Currently residing in Ontario Province.

find a nearby serivce canada centre and ask them these questions, they will help u to proceed

and dont keep positing same question in multiple posts

PR card will be send to address provided to inmigration officer when landing, don't need to apply for. It will take 105 days

Health card are managed by Provincial Governments, try to find information in internet or go to an office. In Alberta you can apply in any Registy

First thing to do is go to Services Canada and apply dorm a SIN (Social Insurance Number ) for everyone.

Services Canada can provide inmigration information, also Provincial inmigration offices.

Second is to open a bank account using the SIN.

Service Canada for SIN no., Service Ontario for your health card and your PR card will be sent to the address you provided to CIC.
