How to apply for Citizenship?

Hi,
I have been in Canada since 2010, got my PR in 2012, just applied for my PR card renewal in January 2019.

I realise that I have waited too long already, but I would like to start my process to apply for citizenship.

1) Where do I start?
2) How do I begin?
3) What do I need to know?
4) What documents do I need?
5) What are the qualifications?
