I am applying for spousal sponsorship from the usa and I'm a student here. So As I read that I need an FBI certificate but fbi doesn't give that to non-citizens or permanent residents. I'm originally from lebanon and I lived 3 years in the usa.
How to apply for a police certificate from usa?

as far as I understood , if u are not a USA citizen u cannot use the expedited service from channelors but you can apply for regular processing from FBI adn they will send you the police certificate .
am also a H1-b holder in USA and am also applying for the police certificate as well
