i applied on fsw on march 2011 and on dec 2011 e status changed to in process. Canada high commission sent me a procedural fairness on jan 2012 about spouse academic certificate which i didn't receive till today .on jan 9 2013 they denined and sent a letter that i donot score 67 points tey deduct 4 points of spouse . please tell me how to appeal
