how many weeks before M.R, U can expect call to employer?

Plz share your case or knowlege if following apply to you.
Anybody got the call from cic to his/her employer to make inquiry abt applicant? if yes than how many weeks before M.R , you got tge call.
Also share what type of questions they asked to your employer.

Have heard that do check Address on Maps and authenticate that address is genuine and after that its their take how reputed your company is in Canada , If its a big company I guess they don't investigate or call employer coz big companies paper work/ Reference letters are usually produced by HRs and they are quite self explanatory . They do call What i heard when they have any doubts irrespective the reputation of company .

When they Call depends on VO , They would certainly call while accessing eligibility of your application if any doubts , My take would be between 3rd to 6th Month of your application while determining eligibility. What questions they ask that employer would know , How an applicant would know that ? It would be authenticating if applicant is employee or not , How long he is serving the company , What is his role and duties .

These are my views
