How long time to get Medical request after AOR in Abu Dhabi office (PNP)

Dear All

Just to ask if any of you can tell me how long it take to receive the medical request after getting the AOR from Abu Dhabi office.
This is related to Permanent residence application for PNP applicant

I got my AOR at March 2010 and since then nothing yet
