how long it takes after medical done and result updates.

I applied super vissa for my mum in July 6 , I received medical request on 11 and 14 medical done 20 and it was updated 22. after that there is no any updates.I checked processing time in my territory is 31 days , its almost 21 days now .usually how long it takes to call passport after medical done , please guys share your experience.

TIme can vary depending on the case, office worload and officer reviewing the application. Can be fast or slow.
