Hi Everyone I'm a Canadian PR holder and I was staying in Canada for 1year and 11/2 months in Canada after I got my Canadian PR. I came down for my vacation and I am still staying outside Canada for a personal matter. It's about almost for 1 year for end of this month. I'm trying to go back within another 2 months to Canada.
I checked the Canadian Immigration Website and it said that Anybody can stay outside Canada for two years in five years. I so, I can still stay for some more time right?
So please advise me and guide me if I'm not safe.
I really appreciate everybody's replies
Thank you in Advance....

The rule is you must reside in Canada for a minimum of 730 days in the first 5 years from initial landing. After the initial 5 years the 5 years becomes a rolling 5 years, that is each time you enter the country then you need be able to demonstrate you spent 730 days in the 5 years preceding each new entry.
