How long for CoPR after PPR?

I have received PPR on 12th September.

18th September mailed everything and still no answer until today.

is this normal?

The embassy is Rome.

Did you receive your COPR yet? I am also waiting for copr from Rome since Oct 17th hope it will not take too long. Thank you in advance!

I got PPR on 12th September, 2018 and got my CoPR around 22nd September and landed on 26th September!
