for an extra fee of $30 (I guess), they do express service - guaranteed 5 days delivery.

what country are you from? do you need to apply for a passport for your baby too?

You can apply online with the option of faster service (extra fee), Approximately process will not take longer than 2 months. Passport Canada provides best service normal application processed under 10 business days (not sure what will happen in this July when CIC will take over Passport Canada)
