How long does it take CPP-O to stamp PR visas?

Congrats to all the lucky ones who got their PPs and trackers activated!

They received my PPs in Ottawa on May 2. I live in the US, so there is no way to track the passports' journey back to us. Do you think they might be stamped and CPP has already send it to us? Any guess-timates?

My tracker activated today they received my passport May 6th

I got my PPt I contacted Local MP she said within 1 week you will get your passport. like she said I got it. I sent my ppt march 16th they received it on 19th. Visa issued may 9th. tracker got activated 15th may received ppts today valid till oct 9th. This forum is great. Thanks everybody. I hope everybody will get their ppt back soon.

Ok as bear1919 said i emailed them in afternoon got a reply back saying that application is finalized and my passport is being returned to u , so i gues my tracker will get activated fingers crosed

Just got my passports. They stamped my and wife's passports but did not stamp my daughter's passport. She is 2 yrs old and US citizen. Anyone knows why? What should I do guys?

I just hate to send passports back to them after freaking 2.5 months delay in getting them back.

Congratulations on all people who got their passports back

And those who have waited too long, try contacting your local MP. Believe me, they will be able to do something, or at the very least, track the whereabout of your passports.

Also, those applying under skilled worker can probably expect to wait 2 to 3 weeks longer than CEC and PNP guys. We don't have a lot of CPP-Ottawa FSW applicants on this forum, but based on the little data we have, it does look that way.

Congrats, man Your kid is US citizen, so she doesn't need counterfoil pasted on her passport. At least they still send her COPR, right?

My daughter is 6 and she is US citizen. I do not expect to see viza in her passport too. As far as I know US citizen do not need viza to Canada.

I got email from the yesterday at 5:30 pm:

Your application has been finalized and your passport is now being returned to you.



If you have included a prepaid Xpresspost return envelope, your passport has been returned using this envelope. If you did not provide a prepaid Xpresspost return envelope, your



passport has been returned to you by regular mail.

My tracker got activated Thursday night but I haven't received yet, I guess it will be on Tuesday, after the holiday.
The tracking still does not mention any other office in my province (NB):
2013/05/16 18:59 OTTAWA Item processed at postal facility

They also added the second address (home) to my ECAS page.
