How long after PR card photo resubmission?

Just wondered how long it might take to receive PR cards in mail after you submit new photos (the first ones being rejected)?

My photos were rejected as well. CIC helpline rep. told me a letter would be mailed to me requesting for new pics.

I landed on Oct. 22nd in Toronto and havn't received that letter so far.

When did u receive the request letter?

I was also told by the CIC rep. that it takes about 3-4 weeks to get the PR Card by mail after photo resubmission.

I received my Pr card slightly less than 3 weeks after photo resubmission to CIC Calgary.
CIC Calgary allows photo resubmission by mail.

It's not me but a friend of mine received it around two months after landing.
