How do you get a letter of introduction from CHC for requesting police checks does anyone know as I need these for 3 of the 4 countries we have lived in...

Go to this link and find the country you need the PCC from, click on it and follow the instructions.

I have checked this link out and know what i need to do to get them, but for Malaysia and Singapore they require a confirmation request from the Visa Office and have stated that a visa requirment printoff is not acceptable, I was just wondering how to go about getting this so called letter of introduction??????

You seem to be right; I am not sure, but you may need to write a letter to the CIC and request them to send you a letter regards this.

I am sure there are a lot of people who live and have lived in these countries, maybe they can give you some hints how to go about it.
Do you live there or have you lived there?
