How do you extend a PGWP?

Do you do it online or through paper? I applied initially for my PGWP online, but the new form is confusing me. It says for a temporary resident extension you have to apply through paper.

So which is it?

There is no way to extend a Post Grad Work Permit. It's a privilege only given to recent grad. To get another work permit you have to have a sponsoring employer who can issue a LMO.
