how difficult is it to get CLB-9 ?

So to get CLB-9 in IELTS , you have to get the below scores/bands as a minimum right ?

Reading, writing, speaking - minimum 7

Depends on how much you practice and your English abilities

In CRS charts it says "CLB 9 or more in all abilities" will get so and so points. If CLB 9 means 7 in all & 8 in listening, what does CLB 9 in all abilities mean??

It means exactly what you typed out - read it over a few times and it should be clear

Oh that would be great. I gave IELTS last year & got R/W/L/S as 9/7.5/8/6.5. only if I had 7 in speaking, I would have secured CLB 9.

It is entirely in your hands. It depends on your previous English level and your determination, hard work and optimism.Moreover, if you get proper guidance you will definitely get your desired score.

Not much if you are a good speaker.
CLB 10 in all is difficult because you need 8.5 in listening.

I have got following scores in IELTS
Overall band: 8
Listening: 8.5
Reading: 9
Speaking: 7.5
Writing: 6.5

I know, where i lacked and scored less in writing and speaking. Currently preparing again for IELTS. My IELTS exam is on 11th July, 2015, Target is CLB 10. S/W/R - 8, L-8.5. Any guidance and tips are highly appreciated.
