How can I send a missing document?

Hello!

I submitted an application to extend my PGWP on December 8th This application is missing one document (my certificate of marriage) because at that time I wasn't sure if I would receive it on time before the expiracy date of my current status. I included a letter within my application explaining this circumstance and promising that I would send the document if necessary.

I've just received the missing document and I want to send it to them. Does anyone know to which office do I have to send it? What information do I have to include in order for it to be attached to my application? Thank you very much!

Do you have an AOR (acknowledgement of receipt) for your application with an application number? If so, call CIC and find out which office your file is at, and send the certificate there with your full details including UCI and application number. If you don't have an AOR yet then you might as well hold on to it a little longer since no officer has looked at your application package yet anyway and it'll just be in a queue waiting to be opened.

Luckily, I contacted CIC today and was told the same by an agent. So now that you told me this I feel more relieved.

Not sure for a PGWP extension, sorry. CIC is notoriously unpredictable with AOR's.

Hello! I have sibmitted visa application, and soon they requested additional document. When I uploaded it they asked me to pay visa fee again. Is it correct? Should I pay once again?? Please, help.
