You could ask for their extensions.

If your wife gets a simple contract of more one year, you can ask for her work permit extension.
Otherwise she will get a visitor visa.
Your kids will receive a simple visitor visa extension.

thanks NemesisBR for the reply,
my main question is:
will their status connected to my study permit ? (I mean: their status will expire even if the expiration date is not yet ?)
according to your reply ... the answer is YES, right ?

It's kind of connected...
Actually they will run in parallel with yours.

It'll expire on the date they stamped on your passport - which is based on yours date.

Basically, if anything happens to your study permit, it doesn't affect theirs.
