When you apply for a PNP, you usually sign a document stating that you intend to settle in that province but there is no minimum time requirement that you have to stay. You don't want it to look like you lied on your application but at the same time, there is no legal requirement for you to stay. It's up to you to decide what that means. In my opinion, stay at least a couple of months after you get your PR.
