Help with WES application (Pakistan)

Dear all;

My brother is starting his ECA process through WES. However, apparently there seems to be a confusion: his matriculation exam was taken as a private candidate and WES asks for the institution name. Should he then mention the name of the board of examination instead. Also, should he mention the board of examination rather than college for his higher school certificate as well? Would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.

Mention board name.

College should be for diplomas and University should be for degrees
