help with forms

Hi guys,

I need some help in filling some forms . I like to bring my father on visit and i have some confusion on forms to be filled by my dad.

1. 5257E-Application for temporary resident visa ---- filled by applicant

2.5257B-Application for temporary resident visa-schedule1--- filled by applicant

my doubt is whether all his family has to fill 5257B or not. coz it says in instruction guide dependent children above 18 whether accompanying or not. In our case no one is accompanying him and all children or not depending on him.

Schedue 1 needs you to fill in all the data if they comply, you just stated they don't comply, so don't put them.

Do we need to buy travel or health insurance before applying or it is not required. Do we need to include any cover letter with visit visa application
