Hi all, I am completing my application to renew my PR Card. I am filling form imm5444e on my computer and had a few questions:
1- Regarding putting "N/A" for not applicable fields, I am ok with filling in "N/A" in blank fields, but what about drop down lists and check boxes, they don't allow typing in them? In particular question 3.5 of which both checkboxes do not apply to me.
2- Also for N/A, there is an entire Section 6 (lost/stolen/damaged card) that does not apply to me, should I fill it all with N/A or just leave it blank?
3- Under Section 8 - Consent and Declaration, the statement regarding "If this application pertains to a child under the age of 14...." does not apply to me. Should it be left blank?
4- When filling in the work/education history, what date should I put as the "to" for the most recent (or current) entry? Should it be the date of my application?
Would appreciate advice from those who have filled in the form and had their PR cards renewed
