I've been living and working in Canada for over a year in a work permit my wife is Canadian.I'd really appreciate your advice.
I can apply for open Work permit at the same time as my PR spousal Sponsorship application. I've completed the spousal Sponsorship and I am working on the work permit form IMM 5710. I basically want to change my current work permit conditions to not be company dependant so that I can apply for other companies (unrestricted work permit).
What do I write for a lot of the questions on page 3? It is asking for details of prospective employer (name, address, duties, duration). I have just put "unspecified". And job title "NOC 9999". Is this ok?
