Hi I am just wondering a few things:


for the sur name my husband is egyptian and has 6 names what goes where?

the phone number, is it to be as dialed from canada or just local?

and the visa office that we should put? I know I send it to Missisauga, but it will then go to CAiro, so, what do I put it?


Husband goes in 3 hours....(I am not the Procrastonator here...) Please Help ASAP

I figured out the visa office from the cic website, but the name and number part I am still unsure, leave it blank and ask the dr??

I would put all ok his surnames exactly how you have listed them in all official documents.
And I'm pretty sure that I put Havana (Cuba) as the visa office.
If anything, leave the visa office blank and ask at the doctors office, they should know.

Hey,

Ok his surname is the name each of his family members have in common, the other 5 are given names. The VO that will be processing the application is Cairo (The place where 2nd stage evaluation takes place). Not sure what you mean re: phone number. If you mean his phone number then I would put his number with full international dialing code. That way Canada will be able to call him if needed and Cairo will realise it is an Egyptian number and drop the international dialing code part.

I figured the VO out, his family all have the same last 6 names, so I told him that too. He has gone to print a new copy of it and will take a blank with him just in case. As for the phone number, I was/am unsure of putting it with the international code but you make sense in saying to put it all and if in the event he needs to be called from Canada or Egypt they will figure it out. (I hope!)

Jeesh, the worry/stress is building..... I used to panic on Exam day too,LOL..
