Help- SINP EOI

I request for your advise regarding my chances under the SINP Express Entry's new EOI system.

My education- B.E, Computer Science and MBA
My work experience- 5.5 years in NOC 2173
My IELTS scores- 7.5, 7.5, 7.0, 7.0 (L,R,S,W)
My CRS score- 411.
My SINP grid points- 65 (no connections or work experience before in Saskatchewan)

In this situation, I see my work experience of 5.5 years is in the Occupation In Demand list of SINP. If I submit an EOI, is there a possibility for me to get nominated by SINP? Having discussed with some consultants, I am unable to get a clear idea about my chances for success.

SINP has now their own EE program. So, you will get an invitation now. EOI is no more in place.

Thank you so much for your guidance. From my case points (mentioned in the original post), can you please tell me if I have a fair chance to receive an ITA from SINP based on my CLB8 and 5.5 years of experience in the occupation in demand?

I guess wity clb 9 i.e. 8777 in LRWS, your crs score should jump drastically. Why don't you try that?

Thank you for the guidance. yes, there would be a drastic change and I'm still trying hard for the same. I have tried 4 attempts. Unfortunately, I still stand in CLB 8. So, I wanted to know the possibilities for the PNP with this score as my occupation is in the demand list and my education is inline with occupation.

1) EOI is the ranking system for SINP?
2) with 60+ pts in EOI = chance of getting a nomination?
3) if I got nominated, my CRS will add 600 pts?

in short, once you got invited to apply SINP = 100% draw from the FSW EE pool?

I got 66 grid points of EOI, wonder if I could stand a chance?

You can get NOI easily. Create your profile under SINP.

Create a profile under SINP, they will issue an NOI.

I have created an account in Oasis last week (SINP) with 66 points. I have CRS score of 433 (so no chance this year). I didn't get any NOI until now. Does that happen regularly or once in a month?
Does 66 points stand any chance. I don't have any Saskatchewab connection.
