if u have unlocked phone then take it with u so u have options......u can get phones cheap if u sign up for a contract which is not as cheap as the plans with just SIM . there r various options check out plans and phones on cell phone company websites google for cell phone plan in ur areacavirk said:Can any one please tell what will be the avg. do u already have a phone or u want S3 and the plans r expensive? cause for smart phones 55 is a okis deal should get around $40 but wont get phone free or data plan. if u already have a phone then u can get a SIM from chatr plans r cheap $20...if u want cheap phone and cheap plan try publicmobile ..wind mobile is cheap toohell911 said:

right now, im at my relatives home, they have wifi, i will be going to college in few days, there will also be wifi, i think. so.. do you think data plan will be useful?
