Help regarding Manitoba friend

Hi, one of my father's friend live in Manitoba and they are running a parlour there....Along with that they have a government job. Is it possible that they provide a job offer and I get those 50 points....I am b.tech....And what kind of job they can offer me for a pralour and will it be relevant??? If yes what NOC should it be??

Sure, if they get you an lmia.

Otherwise you need to work for them for a year on a closed work permit like an intra company transfer visa.

i am not sure if they will get a positive LMIA for parlour. And can you explain what is intra company transfer visa?

It's when a company has an office in Canada as well as in their home country.
