Help regarding CEC latest Eligibility

Hi Guys

Please advice the latest availability of CEC candidates, I worked one year retail supervisor continues full time and then my Work permit got expired, after that I got the approved LMO for the cashier positon which is not eligible, do I have any chance to get the immigration, I'm on vacations right now and don't wanna work for that employer I got a work permit with.

Why get an employer to get an LMO and then decide you don't want to work for them anymore?

CEC is based on your one year experience. Since you have your one year experience it doesn't matter you currently work high skill job or low. You can still apply under CEC

1. Lets see, misrepresentation, claim to be working, only results in a 5 year ban from apply/coming to Canada.
2. You better say unemployed.

But they ask for current employer and occupation and my employer is still the one I got work permit with till 2016 and job occupation is cashier, but now I don't want to work with him and the experience I claiming for is my previous experience

Can you provide more details here? When you worked one year full-time as a retail supervisor, you got them at least exactly 52 weeks, right? And now, you are still employed as a cashier, but currently on vacation?

Have you tried creating a profile in Express Entry? How many points you got?

Hi Akhil5293,

I believe you would need to specify that for the qualifying NOC (retail supervisor), the qualifying period (1 year that you worked as retail supervisor) clearly in the application and also in a cover letter of the application. This would remove any confusion that currently you have work permit for a non-qualifying NOC (which you will state, as a matter of fact, in the work history or current work).
