hi we have been refused 4 times at embassy in rabat Morocco my last refuse was on june 2012, we get accepted in canada and when my file comes to morocco the embassy refuse the file they think that our marriage is not genuine, we are married 6 years ago we have all proves of contacts, photos so on....., my wife decided to contact her MP for help in this matter mp made inquiry to rabat embassy in Morocco , i checked my application status after been refused 5 months ago, it says in process ?? what does it mean ?
its really been hard time on both us being apart this long time i hope everything go right. looking forward for your reply thanks

1. If you have been refused, then you only option was to have your spouse appeal the refusal. She had 30 days. If you have been refused 4 times and your spouse appealed and the appeal was dismissed, then IAD will probable invoke "res judicata" and will not hear another appeal.

I think what he means is their application is "approved" for sponsorship, but then fails on Stage 2 once the file is forwarded to the VO in Rahat.

yes i was accepted for stage 1 and when file forward to stage 2 it refuses in rabat embassy, its too late for appeal because it has been 5 months for my refusal, so my wife contacted mp he made inquiry to rabat office today i checked my status its in process what is this suppose to mean ? i am confused too looking forward for your reply.

If I may ask.......why didnt you Appeal ? If they said ' no' once again, why are you checking on your status ? What do you wish your wifes Member of Parliament to do ? Im still somewhat confused.....

It is true if you were refused first time; why you did not go to IAD? Did you mean that you applied four times and refused four times?? It doesn't make any sense. You must Go for IAD and if your appeal has been denied, you should go for judicial review. It is better if you post briefly what exactly happened.
