Help Please kindly: PR renewel Portal doesnot allow me to save

I am trying to apply for PR renewal via online site. I have 3 issues:
1) I registered as new user yesterday on PR renewal website everything went well but it keeps giving error while entering dates on my living history i started from 2017 up until today (last 5 years) without gaps but it g

Today when i login back:
2) Unable to go to step3 even though i filled in step 1&Step 2 mandatory fields. Cleared cookies etc. tried in safari and chrome.

3) unable to start new application by deleting existing one to start afresh.

please help. Sent webform request to cic and unable to reach them via toll free.
4) Any other numbers to reach them other than 1888-242-2100.

It is a bit tricky. Do one row at a time and save to check where it throws error.

Sure tried already but will try again.
Just two questions:
1) so i start with 2017 and then 2018-2019-2020 and so on or vice versa so i start from latest first?
2) But now i cant even go to that step i am struck at second step. @Krish768
