Guys,I need your help.I am an open work permit holder under lcp and I decided to leave my employer to find a new job.do i have to inform CRA that i am leaving my employer?

Under OWP, you can work to any employer. No need to report to CRA. Just give one week notice to your employer. Before you leave your employer, make sure you ask for your ROE. Good luck!

Your employer need to fill-up the ROE form ( she need to request this form to CRA). One for your copy, one for the employer and the other one will be send to CRA with your employer. Hope this help.
